Where are you offering Grottos this year?
We are delighted to offer Grottos at our Arcadia, Brigg, Bridgnorth, Hornsea, Irton, Towneley, & Woodthorpe garden centres.
How do I book tickets for the grotto?

Is there a limit to the number of children/adults in the grotto?
We have limited the number of guests for all our Grottos. Please refer to the event detail for the Centre you want to book where the session numbers will be shown.
Do I need to book adult tickets if they are free of charge?
Yes, these must be booked as only those with a ticket will be permitted entry to the Grotto as we have limited numbers for each session.
Can I book a ticket for my baby?
Babies under the age of 1 year are free of charge but will not receive a gift, should you wish your baby to receive a gift please book a standard child ticket.
How will I receive my Grotto e-ticket(s)?
You will receive an order confirmation with your e-ticket to the email address supplied at the time of booking. No paper tickets will be issued.
How can I find my ticket confirmation & e-tickets?
Your booking confirmation will be headed "The Garden Store - Thank you for your order”. ’ if you cannot locate please check your inbox and spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation/e-tickets please contact us here
Can I buy tickets at the Garden Centre for Grottos?
All our Grotto tickets must be booked online in advance, tickets will not be available in our Centres for purchase. Please note the only exception to this is our Grotto at Brigg where you can purchase tickets at the Centre.
Do I need to provide any additional information at the time of booking?
Yes, prior to checkout you will be asked to provide further information about the children you are booking for, please complete this information fully to ensure they have the most enjoyable visit
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your pre-booked timeslot, you will be greeted by our team of elves to show you to the Grotto.
Can I take photos in the Grotto?
Yes our Grottos are about creating a special moment for you and your family.
Which Grottos are offering a special photographic memento?
Our Grottos at Brigg, Hornsea & Woodthorpe will have professional photo booth set up, you can purchase special photographic momento, this is priced separately and not included in the Grotto ticket.
What if I miss my Grotto session?
Tickets purchased are valid only for the date and time of session booked, if you miss your session unfortunately you would need to rebook tickets which are subject to availability.
What is your refund policy?
In the event that you are unable to or fail to attend, we regret that tickets will not be refunded. Should COVID guidelines and UK Government legislation prohibit us from running the Grottos as planned then a full refund will be issued.
